HATHA YOGA
Students explore the self-understanding through practice of Yoga poses. HATHA YOGA is also named as CLASSICAL YOGA which is mainly to learn the basic Yoga poses. In the past, the purpose of Yoga poses practice is to ensure the relaxation before entering into meditation. Nowadays evolved into make use of practicing HATHA YOGA to improve the body flexibility, muscle strength, balance force, muscle coordination, concentration and relaxation.
POWER YOGA
In general it is to link a serious of yoga poses along with the right breathing practice, with the focus on training the muscle strength. It is also named as ASTANGA or VINYASA YOGA.
YIN YOGA
It is evolved from HATHA YOGA, mainly extends the training time of each yoga postures. Due to power saving by the time extension, students can be more concentrated and thus improve the flexibility, concentration, stability and relaxation.
YOGA-FIT A combination of the above three kinds of yoga courses, the goals are to improve student's physical ability, muscle intensity and flexibility, and to correct the posture.
