POP Pilates® Exe is an intense mat-based total body workout choreographed to pop music. It challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. In this foundation class, the instructor will guide students through the proper form and transition of a series of moves to prepare students for a perfect flow. Students get to train their strength, balance, flexibility, agility, coordination and cardio fitness in this 45-minute workout. All genders & beginners are welcome!
